Any Problem on tax? or any Comment
After creating this blogs 10 day ago, I received encouraging people/reader viewing this pages, I just wonder any body got any problem regarding tax in malaysia.

I have some problems about the tax in Investment in Bursa Malaysia, what would you suggest people who do gain from the investment in Bursa from a portfolio which is lose in contra and gain in around half to one year period shares? Does there any condition on the Capital Gain tax exempt like cannot do trading oftenly or others? or the share must hold in hand for more than a year? So when we write this in the BE form, we just fill the gain value into it and fill in the tax exempt section again? Or just leave it blank there? I'm sorry I'm new to this so my question might be not a good question, but this answer do helped me a lot. TQ very much.
